– Barangay Certification re: relationship of the deceased member to the new member-forms available from CANORECO

Due to Incapacity

– Letter of consent from registred member or Certificate from Barangay Captain

Due to Sale
Requirements:
– Deed of Absolute Sale or proof of ownership
– Letter of consent from previous owner authorizing the use of his/her kilowatthour meter – forms available at CANORECO
– Latest power bill
