Cause: To facilitate transfer of Paracale Feeder to Labo 50MVA Transformer#2 re: troubleshooting of Labo 100MVA Transformer #1; and transfer back of Paracale Feeder to Labo 100MVA Transformer #1 from Labo 50MVA Transformer #2.
