Ang naranasang Emergency Power Service Interruption sa mga bayan ng MERCEDES, BASUD, SAN LORENZO RUIZ, DAET, SAN VICENTE, TALISAY, VINZONS, LABO, STA. ELENA at CAPALONGA; at ilang barangay sa PARACALE at JOSE PANGANIBAN noong November 23, 2023 (Huwebes) mula 7:05 ng gabi hanggang 7:17 ng gabi (12 minuto) ay dahil sa “Isolation of 100MVA T02” (power transformer 2) ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) na nagresulta sa pansamantalang paglipat ng mga load nito sa T01 (power transformer 1).
