Gamit ang paksang “Charging for the Future: Strengthening the One EC MCO Movement Towards a Resilient Rural Electrification Program”, idinaos ng Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (PHILRECA) ang 41st Annual General Membership Meeting (AGMM) nito noong December 1-4, 2020 sa pamamagitan ng Zoom.
Sa loob ng apat (4) na araw, naisagawa ng PHILRECA, One EC MCO Movement at One EC Network Foundation ang Annual General Membership Meeting, Year-End Strategic Conference, Thanksgiving at Awarding Ceremony, kasama ang 121 Electric Cooperatives (ECs) sa buong Pilipinas, lahat ng kaanib na organisasyon at iba pang mga panauhing pandangal.
Sa huling araw ng aktibidad, natanggap ng CANORECO ang mga sumusunod na parangal mula sa “2020 PHILRECA Awards from the Wires”:
1. Paramount Achievement Award;
2. 4 Years of Powerhouse Excellence Award;
3. Prompt Payor Award;
4. Limelight Award;
5. Extra Mile Award;
6. Constant Contributor Award; at
7. Strong Commitment to Brotherhood Award.
Ang Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (PHILRECA) ay ang samahan ng 121 ECs sa buong bansa. Ang One EC MCO Movement naman ay binubuo ng PHILRECA Partylist, Association of Philippine Electric Cooperatives (APEC) Partylist, Ako Padayon Pilipino Partylist at Rural Electric Consumers & Beneficiaries of Development & Advancement (RECOBODA) Partylist. Samantala, ang One EC Network Foundation naman ang charity organization nito.
Nagpapasalamat ang CANORECO sa mga nabanggit na organisasyon sa pagkilala sa serbisyo ng mga opisyal at mga empleyado nito sa pagpapailaw sa mga kabahayan at sa pagtataguyod ng sustainable development sa buong lalawigan ng Camarines Norte.
Ayon nga sa President ng PHILRECA at Representative ng PHILRECA Partylist na si Rep. Presley De Jesus sa panimula ng aktibidad, “With the developments and innovations in technology, I am convinced that reaching out to the farthest and most remote unenergized areas can be realized in the very near future if we will support the total electrification agenda of the government…if we will just help each other.”
