Mas pinahigpit ang COVID-19 Safety Protocols ng CANORECO matapos ilabas ng pamunuan nito noong September 11, 2020 ang pinakabago sa mahaba-haba na ring serye ng Office of the General Manager Memorandum (OGM memo) on COVID-19 protocols. Ito ay dahil sa kapansin-pansing paglaganap ng COVID 19 sa lalawigan sa pamamagitan ng local transmission.
Hindi na lamang FACE MASK ang dapat suutin ng mga empleyado at konsumidores sa pagpasok sa mga opisina ng CANORECO. Kinakailangan na ring magsuot ng FACE SHIELD. Bukod dito, inuulit ng opisina ang mahigpit na pagtalima at pagsunod sa mga sumusunod na health and safety protocol:
Proper wearing of face mask at all times
Proper wearing of face shield
Foot dipping before entering the office premises
Thermal scanning before entering the office premises
Frequent hand washing with the use of water and liquid soap
Disinfecting or sanitizing of hands using alcohol or sanitizers after holding/touching common/shared objects
Observing physical distance of at least one (1) meter
Accomplishing daily health journal
Limiting transactions within the office premises to operations only
Avoiding sharing of respective items (pen, computer, gadget, etcetera)
Adopting of healthy lifestyle practices like healthy diet, plenty of fluids, enough rest/sleep, boost of immune system, regular exercise, etcetera)
Disclosing of important information through respective supervisors with due coordination with the Occupational Health Nurse, such as: relatives/guests coming from other places; traveling to any area aside from the usual residence; experiencing sore throat, body pains, headache, fever for the past few days; having contact with anyone who has the aforementioned symptoms; and other significant events.
Para sa mga miyembro-konsumidores, kasama sa ipinalabas na guidelines ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) at ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) noong April 30, 2020 ang pagsagot sa Visitor’s Health Checklist. Pati na rin ang pagsusulat ng buong pangalan, address at contact number ng visitors sa guest logbook.
Para naman sa mga empleyado ng CANORECO, muling ipinapaalala na ang paglabag sa mga nasabing protocol ay may karampatang multa at parusa base sa kasalukuyang Rules on Conduct and Ethics for Employees.
Hindi papayagang makapasok sa mga opisina ng CANORECO ang mga walang suot na face mask, face shield at may body temperature na 37.5C pataas.
Inaasahan ng pamunuan ng CANORECO na sa pamamagitan ng mga ito ay sisikapin ng mga empleyado at ng mga konsumidores ang mahigpit na pagsunod sa nasabing safety protocols, hindi lamang para sa kanilang mga sarili kundi para na rin sa kanilang mga pamilya at komunidad.
